Executive Coaching to trust YOU ARE ENOUGH.
$150.00 for three 60-minute sessions.

Have you found yourself thinking about:

Energy – ʻI have enough energy throughout the day to do everything I need to do, but none left for me by the time I get home.ʼ
Nice – ʻI am nice. I want to be nice. But sometimes nice doesn't seem to work.
Outstanding – ʻI can see the outstanding qualities in others, but when it comes to me, all I focus on are my flaws and mistakes, and I worry about the next task that needs done.ʼ
Understanding – ʻI have understanding and compassion for others when they aren't perfect but expect only the best from myself.ʼ
Gregarious – ʻI have to be "on" all the time. I have to make everyone else feel comfortable … even when I'm not.ʼ
Honest – ʻIf I am honest, I am never enough.ʼ
