Enhancing Executive Functioning

Do you struggle with:

• Interrupting others?
• Disorganization?
• Restlessness?
• Meeting deadlines?

• Completing tasks?
• Being on time?
• Being distracted?
• Being motivated when bored?

If so, enhancing your executive functioning skills could increase your self-esteem and allow you to be more successful and confident. Dr. Donley has years of experience and a special passion for assisting clients with Enhancing Executive Functioning.

Individuals with ADD, anxiety and depression often struggle with executive functioning skills, such as:

Working memory – the ability to juggle multiple pieces of information.
Inhibitory control – the ability to master and filter our thoughts and impulses so we can resist temptation and distractions and learn new habits that help us think before we act.
Mental flexibility – the ability to switch gears and flow from conversations, work tasks and social interactions with ease.
